Forest Pharmaceuticals, Inc.’s Medical Information and Communication department is a scientific information resource staffed by a core group of highly trained pharmacists. These professionals educate and inform patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals about Forest products—responding to questions with accurate, up-to-date, and clinically-relevant information about our products and the underlying disease states they help treat. The team draws upon thousands of medical resources to provide meaningful, accurate, and prompt responses—typically on the day of request. In 2008 alone, the Medical Information and Communication department responded to more than 30,000 inquiries.
